MultiDownloader.site ("we", "our") is a free online video downloader. We built it to be as private as possible — this page explains exactly what happens to your data when you use it.

What we do NOT collect

• No accounts, no sign-ups, no passwords.
• No database — we do not store the links you paste or the videos you download.
• No download history is kept. Videos are streamed through our server and immediately discarded; temporary files created for HD merging are deleted the moment your download finishes.
• No selling or sharing of data with third parties.

What is processed temporarily

• The link you paste — used only to fetch the video from the platform, in real time, then discarded.
• Your IP address — held briefly in server memory for rate limiting (to prevent abuse) and may appear in standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Render.com) for a limited time. We do not use it to identify you.

Cookies

MultiDownloader.site itself sets no tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Third-party platforms

When you fetch a video, our server contacts the relevant platform (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, X or LinkedIn) to retrieve the publicly available media. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and may log our server's requests. We are not affiliated with any of them.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
